A development of 368 private apartments located in Salford on the banks of River Irwell.
This project consists of 364 privately rented apartments and 11 townhouses at the site between Gore Street and Chapel Street near Salford Central train station.
Completed in the summer of 2019, this development of 28 apartments complete with cycle store and car parking facilities is located on the Ancoats fringe of Manchester city centre.
The development comprises self-contained studio apartments which were completed to a high standard. Centrally located, the development is just a short walk from the University of Liverpool and two of Liverpool’s main hospitals.
Lister Gardens is a five storey apartment building, consisting of 20 two and three bedroom apartments in Sefton, Merseyside with a contract value of £2.5 million.
This £2.7 million contract will provide a total of 13 homes in Mill Lane, Cheshire and will include a range of two, three and four-bedroom properties, five of which will be available for affordable rent with the remaining nine for outright sale.
Covering over 16 acres, this major scheme was designed to transform housing in the local area. Comprising 234 new homes, and a mix of private rented (67 units) shared ownership (119 units) and affordable rented dwellings (48 units), the site will provide much needed two, three and four- bedroom homes.
The development consists of a total of 84 dwellings, including 14 two bed-room houses, 16 three-bedroom houses, and 54 contemporary apartments.
